AIRTEST TECHNOLOGIES grants new stock options and amends stock options granted in 2009.

DELTA, BC, November 22, 2012 – AirTest Technologies (TSXV: AAT) announced today that on November 7, 2012 the Board of Directors gave final approval to a grant of stock options that was  presented at its September 18, 2012 Board of Directors Meeting.  The number of stock options granted totaled 1,000,000 option shares, with a price per share of $0.10 that can be exercised the earlier of five years from the date of grant, or the date the Optionee ceases to be employed with or act as a consultant to or director of the Company.

Also on November 7, 2012 the Board of Directors gave final approval to an amendment to a stock option grant of 1,216,667 option shares approved June 29, 2009.  The amendment to the price of the stock options granted in 2009 will amend the price per option share from $0.60 to $0.10 which results from the share consolidation in late 2011 that was based on a six for one share consolidation.  The expiry date is also amended to be the earlier of five years from the amendment date, or the date the Optionee ceases to be employed with or act as a consultant to or director of the Company.
