ATI Airtest Technologies Inc.



DELTA, BC, February 17, 2009 - Mr. George Graham, President of ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. (“AirTest”), announces the closing of its non-brokered private placement financing previously announced on July 30, 2008, for gross proceeds of $100,000. The Company will issue 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit to 4 placees. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to acquire one common share for two years at an exercise price of $0.10. The shares and any shares acquired upon exercise of the warrants are subject to a 4 month hold period from the date of issue.
