AIRTEST ANNOUCES CLOSING OF FIRST TRANCHE OF BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

DELTA, BC, March 08, 2012 - AirTest Technologies Inc. ("The Company") (TSX Venture: AAT) is pleased to announce the closing of the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement originally announced on November 14, 2011 of 3,352,885 Units for gross proceeds of $435,875.

Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). The unit deal allows 4 Warrants to be exchanged for 3 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share, for a period of 60 months following closing of the private placement. A finder's fee of $1,040.00 was paid for a portion of the placement.

Securities issued will be subject to a 4 month hold period from date of issue.

The proceeds from the financings are being used by the Company as working capital to support its continued growth.
