AIRTEST ANNOUNCES NEW DISTRIBUTOR/PARTNER FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

DELTA, BC, March 27, 2009 – AirTest Technologies (TSXV: AAT) announced today the signing of a Distribution Agreement with Nagle Energy Solutions, LLC, which is based in Menlo Park, CA.

The convergence of climate change initiatives and rising energy costs has dramatically increased the demand for energy efficient technologies, particularly in commercial properties and office buildings. Under the terms of the agreement, Nagle Energy Solutions (NES) will leverage its sales and marketing and corporate positioning capabilities to expand AirTest Technologies’ footprint in the Northern California commercial property market. Specifically, NES will focus on deploying AirTest sensor technology that is proven to appreciably improve commercial property and office building operating efficiencies and, as a result, generate significant energy cost savings.

“AirTest is delighted to partner with Nagle Energy Solutions,” said George Graham, founder and CEO of AirTest Technologies. “Frank Nagle has established relationships within the San Francisco Bay Area business community and commercial property sector, in particular. He’s maintained a long-standing affiliation with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), which we believe will prove to be quite beneficial.”

NES has been designated by Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) as a project sponsor of PG&E’s Non Residential Retrofit (NRR) program, an incentive program through which PG&E will pay up to 50 percent of the cost to install AirTest’s sensor-based garage ventilation systems.

“It’s truly a pleasure to work with such a stalwart team of professionals at AIrTest,” said Frank Nagle. “George Graham and VP of Sales and Business Development Mike Schell bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to bear in the area of sensor technology, which serves me quite well in opening new business doors for AirTest.”
