ATI Airtest Technologies Inc. announces Investor Relations Agreement

ATI Airtest Technologies Inc ("Airtest") is pleased to announce it has entered into an Investor Relations Agreement with Georgia West Management Inc. ("Georgia West"), effective February 1st, 2000, pursuant to which Georgia West shall, through one of its designates, manage and control the investor relations aspects of Air Test for a period of 6 month. Air Test shall pay a monthly fee to Georgia West as compensation for its services. The investor relations agreement will be filed with the Canadian Venture Exchange and is subject to review and acceptance by that body.

Air Test further announces, it shall reserve for issuance up to 200,000 stock options to be granted to a designate of Georgia West at an exercise price of $ 1.00, that being the issue price of the Initial Public Offering. The issuance of stock options shall be subject to approval by the CNDX and to the filing of a formal application.
